cures the wound and time helps recovery. It is nearly a year since
the 9-11 tragedy occurred. We've survived the attack and we are
striving to emerge stronger. Before the anniversary of 9-11, a group
of downtown businesses supported by sponsors (led by Manhattan
Chamber of Commerce, Adopt-A-Company, New York Economic Development
Corporation and many others), are planning the following events in
memory of 9-11 and for promoting the downtown businesses. We
sincerely invite your company or your organization or yourself to
participate and support these events.

Business for Downtown Business Seminar Series
The
first two consecutive Seminars will be held on August 29th and
September 6th at the Applied
Technology Center (10th Floor), Sprint Corporation, 76 9Th Avenue,
New York, N. Y. 10011 (Tel. 917-305-8708), The seminar
series will continue as needed. The first two seminars contains a

9-11 Memorial CD (Named 9-11 DBCC)
An interactive CD, named
Downtown Business Calling Card (DBCC or 9-11DBCC) will be published.
This CD will
commemorate the 9-11 tragedy and feature downtown businesses, their
supporters and useful, valuable information about Lower Manhattan, New York.
This
CD
IS A MEANINGFUL PUBLIC RELATION, NOT A PROFIT-MAKING, PROJECT; NO
COMMERCIAL ADS WILL BE INCLUDED) The CD will be demonstrated at the
above seminars and can be ordered on-line or by email (see Flyer on the Website), the
Interactive CD content will include:
1. Information about all means of getting around downtown
2. History of downtown and interesting places
3. Featuring of sponsors, supporters and contributors of this
project
4.
Several live callable downtown business telephone directories that
can be clicked
and called from
anywhere in the country and anywhere in the world over
the Internet to downtown shopping, dining and businesses.
5. Utility tools and edutainment information of public
interest including a callable
toll-free phone
directory
extending their free calling range around the world
over the Internet
and
6. A rich collection of songs, poems, photo-gallery and web sites in memory of 9-11
THE
OBJECTIVES OF THE ABOVE EVENTS ARE TWO-FOLD

Register for the seminars and obtain a reservation number. The
seminars are
free but seats are limited.
The Sprint ATC location has strict security rule. No
one will be admitted unless a
reservation has been granted with a reservation
number. Photo ID is required.

Order your interactive
memorial interactive CD (9-11DBCC), bulk order
are most welcome. (see flyer for
order information)
C.
Pledge to be a sponsor and/or supporter
Businesses and organizations are welcome to be sponsors and
supporters of this project. The contributions are used to
defray part of the production costs of the events and Interactive
CD.

seminar or pledge the support or order the DBCC.

FOR ALL DOWNTOWN BUSINESSES
If
you were a downtown business, of course, you would support yourself.
Pass the word around about the above events. The more DBCC are
distributed the better for downtown business. However, the low price
order is limited in quantity.
Please

). Make sure your business name, address and phone number are listed
correctly. Send
an e-mail to info@ipo2u.com to confirm or request listing of your
business. The businesses are responsible for getting their
company listed and for the accuracy of their listed information.
There is no fee required to be listed and there is no obligation to
purchase the interactive CD - Downtown Business Calling Card (DBCC)
to get your company listed. Currently, there are over 1000 shops and
dining establishments and over 500 companies listed in the DBCC
database. Make sure you are in there.
