technology which is applied to the

directories are maintained on a server as a service to the merchant
companies. E800 listing is a powerful concept offering cost effective ways for customers to

much reduced cost and with more convenience to the e-commerce customers.
Applying the e800 concept to existing 800 numbers, it essentially
