2. No law suit is permitted between or among GIFTED members for any business reasons. If any dispute occurs, arbitration is the only means to be pursued.

3. No legal action or law suit can be brought by any GIFTED member against Discovergames.com, TLC Information Services, its partners, MWSearch.com, IPO2U.com and Scrammble.com  and its affiliates for any business reason. The above stated businesses only facilitate and support GIFTED Mi-Card and GIFTED members' marketing, sales and communication activities related to GIFTED Mi-Card. If any dispute occurs, arbitration is the only means to be pursued.

4. All GIFTED members enjoy the same basic privileges offered by the production and distribution of GIFTED Mi-Card. The GIFTED Mi-Card will be containing all members' product and company information and will be distributed collectively to as many game and toy related events and people as possible. In addition, each member is entitled to the benefits selected and committed by the member in section IV.

5. All GIFTED members agree to protect (and not to abuse) other member's private information including telephone numbers and email addresses. All members shall look out for the other members' business interest for mutual benefits.

    1. Basic Commitment 100 GIFTED Mi-Card. $ Amount: $300 ( This commitment is necessary to be  qualified as a GIFTED member for GIFTED MI-Card participation. When GIFTED reproduction cost is precisely known, a figure within the above amount may be established as a sustaining membership fee for future years. Since production cost is quantity sensitive, cost reduction is possible. More CDs will be given to each member as a result.)

        i. 15% of sales amount for retail sales resulted from Magic Mart/Mi-Card click through transactions (Merchant sets price, executes order & makes drop-ship to each order, Merchant must maintain product information on web and have online transaction capability) ______ (B2C)
